Doug Rogers is currently employed as a Corporate Vice President, Corporate Services – Westchester Administration, providing management and direction to both internal and third party providers of services at the New York Life Home Office, Westchester, and Clinton campuses. He has worked in Corporate Services since February, 2004.

Prior to Corporate Services, Mr. Rogers worked in the Shared Services (formerly Individual Policyholder Services) of New York Life, starting in at the Cleveland Service Center in 1993. He advanced through the ranks of the customer call center, values and tax coordinator. He was promoted to Facilitator of the Fixed Annuity Team in 1997. In 2000, Mr. Rogers relocated to the Home Office in New York to become a Director in the Variable Product Service Center and Systems until 2004.

Mr. Rogers graduated from Bradley University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and holds a Masters of Science in Management from the American College. He holds certification as a Master Facility Executive and is a graduate of Leadership Westchester, where he was named its Alumni of the Year in 2012.

Outside of New York Life, Mr. Rogers is a member of the First Baptist Church of South Orange, NJ, where he serves as Chair of the Deacons Ministry and Chief Elder of the Church Board and also heads up the SHARE Food Program which offers food to the community on a monthly basis. Mr. Rogers is also a Board Member of the Volunteer Center of the United Way, where he served as Board Chair for two years. He also volunteers as a regional judge for the National Federation of Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE) for the Fairchester region. He also is a corporate board member of the African American Chamber of Commerce.

Mr. Rogers and his wife Gladys reside in West Orange, NJ.
